Our Primary Mission is to provide high quality, reliable, electric service to our customers, improve their quality of life through new technologies and services, be a visible and active member of the community, and serve our customers with respect, courtesy and responsiveness.
Stanton County Public Power District was established to provide needed services, not otherwise available, which would improve economic and social standards with significant long-range benefits to the well-being of the various communities with which it is associated.
That the District exists primarily to service its customers and that the services it provides are essential to the people of our area, of the State of Nebraska and our Nation.
That the natural resources of this county should be developed to provide an abundance of power consistent with other resource development needs and at a cost which is equitable for all who benefit from such development.
That the District must exemplify leadership in the community by doing all things essential to good management, including proper organization, sound financing, leader development, adequate research and by continuing to provide abundant electric energy and high quality service.
